THE BEGINNING

I just started a book called Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. I have read the books from the Twilight saga, but this one seems so different. The protagonist has grown so much and shes soon going to marry her very own "Blood Sucker." Since the main character is young there is so many swirling emotions are going around and a lot of conflict. Why must being married at a young age automatically asume your pregnant? Two people can never be in love? I know Bella loves him but I'm not sure its what her father wants. Why do the men of the family think they are in "control."
Reading this book I thought of more than one hundred questions. I kept saying to myself it's the people, it's the people...... but it's not. We are growing up in a society that makes people feel like this. Like men have to be in control and getting married young means your going to have a baby.I thought about Bella's dad and i know that he is suppose to stay in control and beaware of your daughters actions but life in books are so different. Now I noticed that times have changed. I also researched aloy about the pregnacy question. Research was not good. Overall in the book i feel that the characters have to build a frelationship with themselves in order for it to really grow. For example Bella and her dad.
No matter how things are  society has out rean all of us in the race of being us. Men being in control all of myu friends agreed on that. People should mind their beetle juice and just be them

Drugs, Drugs, and MORE DRUGS

I just started the book Exit Here by Jason Myers but so far so many words have to come to mind reading this book. The main character Travis is going through as really hard time in his life, he is suffering with so many problems. Travis just flunked college and he is moving back home, but to what? His dad is mean and ungenerous I guess he feels that his son is failure. Reading this book I hope Travis doesnt fall back into his old habits hanging with his old friends again.
I cant believe Travis father treats him like this. Maybe college wasnt the best scene for him, that doesnt mean he has to continue treating him like an outsider. For example when Travis went to meet his family for dinner his father kept bashing him and not being the best father figure it seems like he can be. Since i just started this book yesterday iI'm still not quite sure what I am getting my self into but i hope its a strong suspensefu;l story. Also so far I observed that since Travis is just getting back he feels that he has to fit back in with his friends. Travis had something going for himself but they didnt so i guess they are trying to make him go back to where he first started. If they are Travis friends then why would they be doing this to him? Im still very shaky on this.
Overall I'm very excited to see what trhis book will bring. For example whso is Laura the protagonist Travis seemed very concerned about her, like he was urging to fix something. Besides the drugs i feel that this book also relates to my life because sometimes i feel that what ever i do is never good enough for my parents. I'm always worrying about what they want and for once I didnt and i felt free. Maybe that is why Travis left college to do something for himself.
