I just started a book called Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. I have read the books from the Twilight saga, but this one seems so different. The protagonist has grown so much and shes soon going to marry her very own "Blood Sucker." Since the main character is young there is so many swirling emotions are going around and a lot of conflict. Why must being married at a young age automatically asume your pregnant? Two people can never be in love? I know Bella loves him but I'm not sure its what her father wants. Why do the men of the family think they are in "control."
Reading this book I thought of more than one hundred questions. I kept saying to myself it's the people, it's the people...... but it's not. We are growing up in a society that makes people feel like this. Like men have to be in control and getting married young means your going to have a baby.I thought about Bella's dad and i know that he is suppose to stay in control and beaware of your daughters actions but life in books are so different. Now I noticed that times have changed. I also researched aloy about the pregnacy question. Research was not good. Overall in the book i feel that the characters have to build a frelationship with themselves in order for it to really grow. For example Bella and her dad.
No matter how things are society has out rean all of us in the race of being us. Men being in control all of myu friends agreed on that. People should mind their beetle juice and just be them

Drugs, Drugs, and MORE DRUGS
I just started the book Exit Here by Jason Myers but so far so many words have to come to mind reading this book. The main character Travis is going through as really hard time in his life, he is suffering with so many problems. Travis just flunked college and he is moving back home, but to what? His dad is mean and ungenerous I guess he feels that his son is failure. Reading this book I hope Travis doesnt fall back into his old habits hanging with his old friends again.
I cant believe Travis father treats him like this. Maybe college wasnt the best scene for him, that doesnt mean he has to continue treating him like an outsider. For example when Travis went to meet his family for dinner his father kept bashing him and not being the best father figure it seems like he can be. Since i just started this book yesterday iI'm still not quite sure what I am getting my self into but i hope its a strong suspensefu;l story. Also so far I observed that since Travis is just getting back he feels that he has to fit back in with his friends. Travis had something going for himself but they didnt so i guess they are trying to make him go back to where he first started. If they are Travis friends then why would they be doing this to him? Im still very shaky on this.
Overall I'm very excited to see what trhis book will bring. For example whso is Laura the protagonist Travis seemed very concerned about her, like he was urging to fix something. Besides the drugs i feel that this book also relates to my life because sometimes i feel that what ever i do is never good enough for my parents. I'm always worrying about what they want and for once I didnt and i felt free. Maybe that is why Travis left college to do something for himself.

LIFE
I started notice that things are not always what they seem to be through reading the book Tyrell by Coe Booth. I started to read a few of Coe Booth books and I noticed that the protagonist are all similar. All the protagonist are going through something in life whether its good or bad. Reading Coe Booth books you get to notice a different side of life. The main character has a lot going on , Tyrell is living in a small dirty motel his dad is locked up and he has no money. But Tyrell doesnt let that get to him he uses something that most people dont even bother to use and thats his brain he starts finding different ways to make it in life without getting "Fast money" and doing the wrong thing.
This book makes you realize what it takes to be a strong person and a leader in life. Reading this book I kept
thinking wow some people in the world really have to go through this, I should be thankful for my family and what we have. For me I can understand things clearly through the text and reading. One day going pass Ikea I decided to go by the public housing and see things for myself. As I walked and observed I noticed that things arent so bad after all, reading Tyrell the book makes it seem like the projects are so bad , but its home for people. Overall I connect with the main character, working hard at something can let you achieve so many new things in life. I highly do diagree with not going to school. Tyrell has so much to offer is he just goes to to school. Does his mother even care about? If she cared she would be making him go to everyday, and she would be the "adult" working trying to provide for the family, not Tyrell. HE'S ONLY 15. She needs to realize that theirs so much more in life than just laying on your back waiting for a check
No matter how hard we try we are the same. We are able to make change to the people around us like friends and family, but first we have to change ourselves. Overall reading the book Tyrell i was taught many things and I have experienced so amny things about what goes in many different people life. Also I noticed tghat who we are is based on the people that surrounds us.

Milk Weed
I have just started this book and I am already so engage. I'm not sure what the protagonist name is he's a boy called Jew. Gypsy. Stopthief. Filthy son of Abraham. Stopthief is a kid who lives on the street and steals from people to make a living sometimes people ignore them but I was shocked when Uri didn't. Uri was beginning to raise him like his own and I know that Stopthief was elated because would. After you came from no where to a place where someone can give you clean clothes, wash you up, and do your hair is great. If was in Stopthief shoes would be very greatful, but also scared. Living in tthat time frame you see wat the "Jack Boots" would do to the Jews. I wish that Stopthief would notice but he seems way too friendly to. I wonder if Uri ad his friends will do omerhing, ty eem like they can be great heros. I am excited to read more about tis bookB

CHEATER?
I am so thrilled to be able to contiue reading this suspenseful book. Every day I read more and more and I get so attached to the book and the haunting of it. I am very elated that Brooklyn has finally opened up to Nico it took a long time because i feel that fear has taken over her. Little did Brooklyn know Lucca is going trough the samething so maybe both of tem can find ways to help eachother. I feel that Nico and Brooklyn maybe getting just a little bit too close. Brooklyn did something that may have spun Nico the wrong way, I find this very INSANE! Wouldnt Lucca be very angry at Brooklyn and Lucca? Would Gabe start to come haunt Nico now too? Theres so many questions to be answered. Also i find it intteresting that Gabe is beginning to come closer to Brooklyn every day wheather its in her dream or out of no where. But at the same time Lucca is also visiting her constantly. I hope Lucca soon tell Nico why he needs to help Brooklyn so much.

Chasing Brooklyn
Theres no words to describe how epic, sexy, sweet, and suspenseful this book is. Thw two main characters are going through a tough time more than many teens have today. Nico keeps getting visted by is DEAD brother, and Brooklyn is getting haunted by an old DEAD friend Gabe. Emotions crash to the surface and both characters keep wondering Why? No one knows whats going on but they feel like they need to do something, thats why I became attracted to the protagonist Nico. Nico has a brave sole even though he has no idea what his brother means he still attempts to try to help him. I see that he is trying to do little things to help Brooklyn, but what can he do if Lucca isnt giving him answers. I continue to question another one of the protagonist Brooklyn. If she see's Nico reaching out to her why wont she just tell him, he cant do anything more. I understand since Lucca's been her first love its hard, but we all have to move on at some poin in life no matter how much it hurts. "Sometimes we need to let go in order to fly." The question that I am really focused is on is why must Gabe hunt Brooklyn, what could she have done for him to haunt her? They had a strong bond until they began to drift away slowly, but whats a friendship without barriers that come in the way. I hope that what ever the reason is its good, I know Brooklyn wish she could talk to someone about this. Now that hes gone ..... she has no one and I know it pains Lucca on the inside to know that Brookyn is going through this .

Seventeenth Summer
I just began reading this book and it has caught my attention already. The main characters name is Angie and she isnt your typical dating girl. Shes not intrested in going on dates and the stuff high schoolers do. Until she seen the boy of her dreams in the drug store late one night. This is the summer when everything has happend to Angie, love and who knows what will come next. All i know is that this will be the summer to remember for her.I fell in love with the main character because she's different then most girls you read about in books. She takes things easy. "He looked over at me, smiled, and then sat down again." This was the moment when she first seen Jack and you could tell that it was magic. I felt that after that moment she couldnt help but think about him, .... it was like he captured a spell on her. After so many questions were running thrugh my mind, how will they start dating? Will thet ever date? So far in the book you dont get to hear about Jack but i can tell that he must be amazing if it was so easy to fall for him. The main thing i hope doesnt happend is, Jack breaking Angie's heart. I cant imagine what she would go through dealing with all that stress, heart ache. They are already soon to be out of highschool so getting into a argument about College is bond to happen. I cant wait to get into the book so i can read more and really see what the protagonist are like
